As it turns out, Reno has a Zoo! It’s not your regular zoo though.  This one is a ways out of town in a remote location. Several of the animals are retired from the movies or the circus. Some were just pets that the owners couldn’t take care of anymore. The whole thing is funded by public donations and the people do a great job of taking care of the animals. Below are a few pictures of the animals we saw.
