I think it’s been almost a year since I updated this site, and of course in that amount of time a few things have happened with work.  My boss and friend Shelly, left Juneau for greener pastures in Portland, Maine.  We had another guy in for 3-4 months, but that just didn’t work.  So, I ended up doing most of the remotes by myself this summer, including our boat give away.  The day before the give away I started losing my voice. On the day of the remote, it was gone. And this one goes for 6 hours straight.  Needless to say it wasn’t a big bunch of fun, but we got through it and gave away our biggest prize package ever. This 18 foot, all-aluminum boat, 140 horse-power motor and the E-Z Loader trailer worth a retail value of over $35,000!

This is moments before the final drawing and the crowd is anxious to find out who the winner is...and for me to quit talking. The eventual winner of the boat was Don Scroggins...who now has the boat up for sale for $25,000.  Anyone need a boat?
